How do you ship perishable products?
Our meats are vacuum-sealed, frozen, and shipped in insulated containers with dry ice or gel packs to ensure they remain at safe temperatures during transit.
What is regenerative agriculture?
Regenerative agriculture is a holistic land management practice that leverages the power of photosynthesis in plants to close the carbon cycle and build soil health, crop resilience, and nutrient density.
When will my order ship?
To ensure maximum freshness, we typically ship orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Orders placed after Wednesday morning will generally ship the following Monday.
Are your animals grass-fed and finished?
Yes, our cattle and sheep are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished. They spend their entire lives on pasture, grazing on a diverse mix of forages without any grain supplementation.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or it arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery.
Do you use antibiotics or hormones?
No, we never use growth hormones or sub-therapeutic antibiotics on our livestock. We believe that healthy animals raised in a natural environment do not require these additives.
